I've always been fascinated by how things work, whether it's a technology or a person's path toward change. I have a "tech-nerd" side that is based on a love for clarity; I enjoy untangling complex problems to find simple, effective solutions.
This philosophy of intentionality and growth extends to my life outside of family and work. Whether I'm spending time outdoors, being creative, or getting lost in a historical novel, I'm always seeking a fresh perspective.
My active hobbies like running, biking, kayaking and rollerblading are essential for clearing my "mental clutter", while creative outlets like painting and exploring new tech keep me focused on what's possible.
Why I do what I do
My drive is rooted in my life as a husband and a father. Raising five children is my greatest masterclass in leadership and patience, and I want to model for them what it looks like to live a life of purpose. I do what I do because I believe that once we understand our own strengths, we have a responsibility to use them to lift others up.
I'm a coach because I live for the "light-bulb moment" when a client moves from feeling stuck to seeing a clear way forward. For me, coaching is about providing that same intentionality and empathy to help others build a solid foundation for their lives and work.
Ultimately, I show up for my clients the same way I show up for my family: with an open heart, a sharp mind, and a relentless commitment to helping people reach their potential.
