I'm originally from my parents and am very much a northerner living in a southern state. Therefore, I believe that being authentic, dorky, and quirky are the proverbial keys to staying true to yourself and sharing that personality or mentality with others. Likewise, I value quality over quantity in both personal and professional relationships. Furthermore, I hold true friendship in high regard and limit those people to a select few. I am very much a nerd and geek for the aspects of tech, but also nature, animals, and music. Also, I can't rule out bowling and wrestling, too. I am a firm believer in self-reflection and self-improvement, and I strive to treat others as I would like to be treated. To the world, you're one person, but to one person, you can be the world. Hence, be yourself since everyone else is taken.
Why I do what I do
I am a personal technology support specialist because I love making a positive, worthwhile impact on the lives of others, particularly in the realm of people and their IT infrastructure. We are such a technology-based society, and that dependency on IT is deeply ingrained in the fabric of our modern society. I enjoy getting and bringing people into or back to the 21st century. Hence, technology is my personal hobby and professional passion. I truly desire to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their tech tools or gadget goodies, where your devices are your best friend, not your worst electronic enemy. The simple concept that I get to improve the lives of others on an appointment-by-appointment basis is what motivates me to strive to provide the best overall experience possible to my clients, both before, during, and after the IT service visit. You can't fake passion, and my heart is into a multitude of technological areas If it's nerdy, it needs TLC, Technological Loving Care, and I’m your guy!
