My life's dream was always to be a mom. I have two amazing sons who have grown into wonderful men, and I couldn't be prouder of the lives they've built for themselves.
Over the years, I've called many places home, including New York City, Upstate New York, Southern California, Northern and Central New Jersey, and now South Florida. Each chapter has shaped who I am and deepened my appreciation for people and relationships.
Many people know me as a super-connector with a seemingly endless reach, but those closest to me know something else about me too. They often joke about my "Spidey-sense" because I have a way of uncovering things that seem buried several layers beneath the surface. People frequently ask how I know the things I know, and my answer is always the same: "It's just who I am." I'm a listener by nature and someone who pays close attention to details. As an artist, I've spent years training my eye to notice the smallest visual details, and that attentiveness naturally carries over into my conversations and relationships.
When I'm not connecting with people, you'll likely find me pencil sketching, creating handcrafted handbags, cooking, or enjoying a game of bowling. I'm also a passionate hockey fan. I love sunshine, palm trees, the beach, great food, and living life like a local tourist. After moving around throughout my life, I can confidently say that Florida is home, and without a doubt, my final move.
Why I do what I do
I've been a caregiver for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I found myself caring for others, a role that naturally carried into my adult life, both personally and professionally. For many years, I dedicated my career to helping others through healthcare and wellness. While managing two wellness centers, I realized I could make an even greater impact by becoming a certified health and life coach. What I didn't realize at the time was that my own life experiences would ultimately shape the work I do today.
Like many people, I spent years looking like I had everything together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Daily stress had become so normal that I barely noticed how much it was affecting me. Over time, I became disconnected from myself, lost sight of who I was, and began to believe that simply getting through each day was the best I could hope for.
Eventually, I hit rock bottom.
As painful as that chapter was, it forced me to make a choice. I could continue living as I was, or I could take back control of my life. That decision changed everything. It wasn't easy, but through that journey, I discovered something powerful: when we stop letting stress, expectations, and life circumstances define us, we can reconnect with who we truly are.
Today, my passion is helping others realize they are not alone, they are not stuck, and they have more choices than they may believe. I know what it feels like to struggle in silence and wish someone truly understood what I was going through. Part of my mission is to be there for others in the way I wish someone could have been there for me during some of the most difficult moments of my own life.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: no matter how lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected you may feel, it is possible to reclaim your identity, rediscover your strength, and create a life that feels meaningful again.
Because I've lived it myself, I know transformation is possible. And now I believe, more than ever, that who you are matters.
