Hey there! I can see this thread. I think it would be a great feature if when we logged on there was an INBOX. It may be more user friendly than the threads…. Just thinking out loud here.

I’ve put messages in the general discussion and the live chat to see how it’s working. I’ve saved the partner portal as an icon on my phone and saved the password which makes it easy. Emails will make sure no one misses anything. This will enable us to to reach out to those that don’t use WhatsApp. It’ll take some time but we’ll figure it out.
